In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we only collect the information we require to process your order. This includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and where you heard about us.
Your security is important to us. We place your card payment in the secure hands of Protx Ltd, the UK's leading e-commerce solution providers. Protx manage all of our card transactions using SSL and other unique encryption systems. When you purchase on-line, we never see your card details on our own systems. When you purchase by telephone, we input your card details directly into the Protx Secure Terminal. We do not record or store your card details on our premises or systems.
If you are not happy with your clubs for any reason then we will refund your credit card or change your clubs if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. All our clubs are handmade and have to pass stringent quality tests before we send them to you. As such, all clubs from 14clubs.com are covered by a one year guarantee. We will repair or replace any defect that is discovered within a year of your purchase. Damage that is the result of unintended use of the club is not covered or marks caused by mis-hits.
You will be notified by e-mail with order confirmation and when goods have been despatched. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are contacted within a reasonable period after the notified delivery date. All of our clubs are delivered using our chosen courier, City Link. All deliveries require a signature and so please choose you clubs to be delivered to an address where you somebody is likely to be available to sign for it. Many of our customers choose to get their clubs delivered to a work address so they are sure they will be accepted. If no one is in to sign for you clubs then the courier will leave a card confirming that they tried to deliver your clubs. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery. Failure to respond to this within 5 business days, may result in the goods being returned to ourselves. In this instance, we will contact you and you can either choose to pay for the resultant expenses (2 carriage charges) or we will refund your credit card minus all of our incurred expenses (2 carriage charges, credit card charges, any incurred Customs charges and a re-packing charge).
In the unlikely situation where any parts of your order are missing you must contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement. Recompense In the very unlikely event that you experience any damaged, missing or faulty goods, we reserve the right to either have the goods picked up and replaced, or send you additional goods free of charge. EU customers only also have the right to a full refund if preferred.
If goods are out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you with expected delivery date. You will be given the option to cancel your order if preferred.
We will exercise every reasonable effort to meet our delivery schedule. We will not however be liable for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as but not limited to, war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion.
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price for the goods, and under no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential indirect or economic loss or damages. Law
