We really believe they are just as good, if not better and that's what our customers tell us as well! At the end of the day though it is for you to judge. Buy a set of clubs and find out, if you're not 100% happy then you can return your clubs and we will give you a full refund.

How do I pay for my clubs?

Is my payment secure?
We are confident that any payments you make to 14clubs.com are secure. All personal information you enter is handled securely on our site. Your credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers and all our payments are processed by Protx - a leading secure online payment provider.
When will I receive my clubs?
All of our clubs are handmade just for you. That means that we put them together to your specification and this takes a little time. The time from placing your order to delivery should take between 7 to 10 working days. If your order is particularly time sensitive then please let us know and we will do our best to let you know when we can build them for.
If, for any exceptional reason, your order will fall outside of the 7-10 working day timescale we will get in contact with you to let you know.
How are my clubs delivered?
All of our clubs are delivered using our chosen courier, City Link. All deliveries require a signature and so please choose your clubs to be delivered to an address where somebody is likely to be available to sign for it. Many of our customers choose to get their clubs delivered to a work address so they are sure they will be accepted.
If no one is in to sign for your clubs then the courier will leave a card confirming that they tried to deliver your clubs. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery.
Can I get my money back if I don't like my clubs?
Yes. We know that buying clubs on the internet is a new experience for many people and we want to take any risk out of the transaction for you. Please click here to find out about our no risk 30 day money back guarantee.
Do you guarantee the clubs?
All our clubs are handmade and have to pass stringent quality tests before we send them to you. As such, all clubs from 14clubs.com are covered by a one year guarantee. We will repair or replace any defect that is discovered within a year of your purchase.
Damage that is the result of unintended use of the club is not covered or marks caused by mis-hits.
What clubs are best for ladies?
All of our clubs can be customised specifically for ladies as well as men. However, we have a set of irons, a driver and other woods which have been specifically designed just for the lady golfer.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We deliver to all EU countries. The price varies by country (from £19.99) and will be shown at checkout after you select your country option. If you would like us to quote for delivery outside the EU please use the 'contact us' form.
Do your clubs come with headcovers?
We have had a lot of feedback over the last few months from customers saying that they love our clubs but would really like a headcover with them. As a result of listening to this feedback we are now including a FREE headcover with all drivers, 3 and 5 woods and rescue clubs.
If you bought a club before we started including free head covers and would like one then please do get in contact with us and we would be happy to put one in the post.
Can I still order old clubs you no longer stock?
We change our stock on a fairly frequent basis - especially at the start of the golf season.
Should you ever want to find a discontinued club please use the 'Contact Us' form and we will always see if we can still source it for you.
